When you redeem your Cash Back in Forage, you are texted a link to claim a prepaid Visa® card.

You can use this card anywhere Visa is accepted, just like a gift card.

How it works

Once you redeem:

• You'll receive a digital prepaid Visa card

• The card can be used for online or in-store purchases

• The available balance is the amount you redeemed

You can spend the balance all at once or across multiple purchases, until it runs out.

Where you can use it

Your prepaid Visa card works:

• At any online store that accepts Visa

• At in-store locations that accept Visa

• For everyday purchases, not just groceries

The card cannot be used to add money back to your EBT account.

Adding to Apple Wallet

You can add your prepaid Visa card to Apple Wallet to make online and in-store checkout easier with Apple Pay.

Follow these steps:

1. Open Wallet on your iPhone

2. Tap the + button at the top of the screen

3. Select Debit or Credit Card

4. Tap Continue

5. Tap Enter Card Details Manually

6. Enter the details of your prepaid Visa card

7. Tap Continue to finish

Once added, you can use your Cash Back anywhere Apple Pay and Visa are accepted.

Adding to Google Wallet

You can add your prepaid Visa card to Google Wallet to make online and in-store checkout easier with Google Pay.

Follow these steps:

1. Open Google Wallet on your Android device

2. Tap the + button at the bottom-right of the screen

3. Select Payment card

4. Tap New credit or debit card

5. Tap Or enter details manually at the bottom of the screen

6. Enter the details of your prepaid Visa card

7. Tap Save and continue to finish

Once added, you can use your Cash Back anywhere Google Pay and Visa are accepted.
