Forage Rewards Program Terms

These Rewards Program Terms (“Rewards Terms”) govern your participation in Forage’s rewards program (the “Program”). By participating, you agree to these Rewards Terms, which supplement our Terms of Use.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States (or its territories).
Your account must remain active and in good standing.
Only one account per person is allowed. Fraudulent or abusive activity may result in loss of rewards and suspension from the Program.

2. Nature of Points

Points are promotional only. They are not money, not your property, and have no cash value until redeemed through the Program.
Points cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, inherited, or exchanged for cash.
Points exist solely as a feature of the Program and remain valid only while the Program is offered. If the Program is paused, terminated, or discontinued, any unredeemed Points may be forfeited.

3. Earning Points

You may earn Points by completing eligible purchases or activities as specified from time to time.
Not all merchants, products, or activities qualify. Exclusions may apply.
If you return, cancel, or dispute a transaction, related Points will be reversed.

4. Redeeming Points

Points may only be redeemed through Tremendous for available rewards (e.g., gift cards, prepaid cards, or other redemption options).
Redemption thresholds, availability, and values are set at the time of redemption and may change.
All redemptions are final once processed and such redemptions may be considered taxable income; you are responsible for any applicable taxes.

5. Expiration & Forfeiture

Points remain valid only while the Program is active.
Points may expire if your account is inactive for 12 months (no earning or redemption activity).
If your account is closed, suspended, or not in good standing, unredeemed Points may be forfeited.

6. Program Suspension or Termination

We may pause, modify, or end the Program at any time, for any reason.
If the Program is paused or ends, you may lose access to unredeemed Points. We are not required to provide notice or compensation beyond what is stated here.

7. Merchant & Third-Party Offers

Some rewards or offers may be provided by third-party providers or merchants. Their terms and availability apply, and we are not responsible for errors, pricing, or fulfillment issues.
