How cash back redemption works
To redeem your cash back in Forage:
Open the Activity tab
Tap Redeem
Follow the instructions
You’ll receive a text message with a link to claim your prepaid Visa card
The text message is sent to the phone number linked to your Forage account.

You didn’t receive the text message
After you tap Redeem, the claim link is sent by text message. If you don’t see it, first check that:
Your phone has service
You’re checking the correct phone number
The message didn’t land in spam or filtered messages
