Your phone number is used to sign in to your Forage account. If you need to change it, we can help—this just isn’t something you can do directly in the app yet.

How to update your phone number

To change the phone number linked to your Forage account, email our support team with the information below.

Email:

app-support@joinforage.com

Include:

• Your old phone number

• Your new phone number

• The last four digits of the EBT card linked to your Forage account

This helps us make sure we’re updating the correct account.

What happens next

After we receive your email:

1. Our support team will review your request

2. We’ll update your phone number on file

3. You’ll be able to sign in using your new number

We’ll follow up if we need anything else from you.

Timing

Phone number updates are usually handled within 1-2 business days, though it may take a little longer during high-volume periods.
